We Prosecute Insurance Fraud!

We want you to know that It is a serious crime to knowingly provide false, incomplete or misleading information to an insurance company for the purpose of defrauding the company on a claim or application for an insurance policy. At Embark General, we fully support prosecution of individuals who commit such crimes. Examples of types of insurance fraud that we will prosecute are:  


    • Inflating automobile claims in order to receive a higher payment
    • Staging automobile accidents
    • Giving false information on an application to obtain insurance coverage or a lower premium
    • Filing a claim for an accident in which the person was not involved 
    • Submitting a claim for medical treatment that wasn't received
